Diopter可以在AE中给视频添加模糊、失真、着色等效果，可以自定义形状或者通过其他图层来生成光效

Diopter is a plugin which adds optical effects (blur, distortion, coloration) on a layer. Choose a lens shape (a mask) among the in-built shapes or use another layer as Luma Matte. This lens may be transformed.

安装步骤：

• 拷贝Plugin文件夹里面的Diopter_CC_CS6.aex到Adobe After Effects CC 2018\Support Files\Plug-ins\
• 拷贝Diopter.lic到C:\ProgramData\aescripts\Diopter 和 %APPDATA%\aescripts\Diopter
• 在文件夹地址栏输入%APPDATA%回车即可直达，然后依次往后找

支持的软件版本：

• AE CC 2018, CC 2017, CC 2015.3, CC 2015, CC 2014, CC, CS6，Win版本
