• 卸载之前的版本，包含之前的替换文件，比如vray201X.dlr这种
• 安装对应的插件版本，不需要安装License Server
• 拷贝phoenix_31200_fix.dlr到C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2019\plugins或者C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2019\plugins\vrayplugins
